What Will I Tell The Next Generation About Today!

Well, that would be a tough job to do, and it's up to one's perspective of how he thinks of today as it might be good or bad according to him but I guess I have a few things that would be common to everyone about our current situation…


First, I’ll tell him about the good part :)

  • We are in a transition phase right now as the world hasn’t seen this much technological advancement in 1000 years, that we witnessed in the last 3 decades.
  • Our society for the first time is addressing global problems, reaching out to people even in the most remote areas of the world.
  • Numerous organizations are working towards making poor lives better in return for nothing.
  • We are becoming more and more open-minded and accepting people with different personalities and life choices and we are no more very conservative to put forward our opinions.
  • In this era, there is no limitation to knowledge or things one can be aware of.

Then, I’ll tell them about where we went wrong :(

  • That we are sorry that we didn’t care about the environment and you are paying the price for it.
  • We are sorry that we tried to build nations rather than making the world a better place.
  • We are sorry that we build military technologies that can erase all human existence.
  • We are sorry that we followed at up to bottom strategy rather than bottom-up by helping the rich getting richer and the poor become poorer.
  • We are sorry that you are not allowed to be open about your thoughts and opinions if you aren’t backed by powerful people as we never addressed that issue.

As there’s a saying ‘Yesterday is History, Future is a mystery and today is a gift… that's why we call it Present!’, its never too late to do something.

We all have heard about the one almighty, omnipresent, omnipotent, omniscient GOD and all the mythological stories of how he created the very world we live in but why we never dare to ask or question the fundamentals of its very existence. How We Got To Know About The GOD In The First Place? What if a newborn child is never told about God his/her entire life, will s/he ever come to know about it?
