What's with the sad vibes even after hard work?

Work never ends, and we keep running behind tasks, appointments, meetings & deadlines all causing us to experience productivity shame, ultimately snapping our peace of mind and creativity from us.

I want you to understand this first that our so-called modern lives have undoubtedly seen so much advancement which human lives haven't experienced ever, but all that only brought comfort and convenience into our lives. Can our current generation say they are happier than their past generations?

Our modern work profiles don't have a line that defines what we can call a productive day and no matter how much effort we give in to it there is always more. We are constantly surrounded by people having expectations that get bigger and bigger than soon as we met em. Our day relies on a constant flow of cooperation, collaboration, multi-tasking, hectic schedule, and whatnot.

The Without Me Nothing Will Happen Paradox: Addicted To Being Busy

Our personal creativity and productivity are not always about being good at every task we are assigned, and it's not right to think of yourself as the keystone of the entire business. And it doesn't end here and gets more complex when we mistakenly assume that being called for even a job makes us an important asset or we are doing a remarkable job.
We forget about the very line that separates our work and personal lives and we spend every second of our day just rushing to attend every task or meeting, just to cross off every task in the list or to answer every single work-related call.

How About Changing The Way We Think Of Productivity

We are not a tool whose entire purpose is to fulfill every job meant for it. Our fixed schedules call that we receive every five minutes, emails asking about the progress on the projects has a hugely damaging impact on our creativity and productivity, focus, and the ability to have peace of mind. To be honest, we are rarely productive at all and are just fooling ourselves by feeling productive doing pseudo-work all the time.
Being busy and not giving ourselves a chance to breathe for a moment doesn't increase productivity, but really sorting out and getting what's really important first can be a game-changer.

The Deadline Principle

If we find ourselves not getting closer to meeting the deadline as expected by the end of a day, it feels like we are not putting in enough effort and we haven't done enough. Apart from this meeting deadline bias, we find ourselves helpless in front of the urge to complete the task at hand, constantly fighting against the thoughts in our heads.
The solution to all this is The Deadline Principle, the subtle art of breaking down big things into smaller crunches, unimaginably complex tasks into doable small chunks, and easily monitorable tasks that can help us attain a sense of accomplishment.

Balance To Success

Take a breath and think about your life and all the hopes and goals that you have sailed in the ocean to attain and find the lengths you want to go, find what's enough for you to feel successful and be thrilled and productive. Having found that, I'm sure you will feel more challenged and will be motivated to do whatever is thrown at you without worrying much about the results.
